Once retained by a client, we focus all of our resources on the specific recruitment objectives and thereby increase significantly the chances of engaging the right candidate in the agreed time frame.
Having identified the 'universe' of potentially suitable candidates, we select down to a 'shortlist', which we then present to our client for them to make the final selection. The shortlist presentation is supported by a detailed evaluation and appraisal of each candidate and we will play an active role in negotiating the optimum package for the finally selected individual.
Throughout the process we maintain on-going contact with both our client and the candidates to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to make sure that there are no surprises along the way.
Once the assignment is completed we continue to monitor the progress of our placed candidates to ensure that they settle into their new role as quickly and effectively as possible.
We only accept search assignments that we are confident we can complete in a professional and timely manner
We work on an exclusive basis agreeing the assignment fee in advance
We submit a time schedule for the assignment detailing what will be done, by whom and by when
We never accept assignments that could cause a conflict of interest

We offer the best candidates to our clients and the best clients to our candidates
