Our two Partners - Nigel Plumpton and Ole Roed have 40 years’ combined experience of recruiting at senior/middle management levels and for specialist roles. Prior to this they held senior roles in banking, consultancy, marketing, sales and general management in France; Germany; Luxembourg; Scandinavia; the Middle East; the UK and the US, with the linguistic skills and cultural understanding to match.

Recently the team has been strengthened by  the addition of a Principal Consultant - Aïda Bahra-Rucha, a multi-lingual German national with over 15 years in global HR activities.

We are locally managed, locally owned and locally focused, which means that we can concentrate all our efforts on clients, candidates and their respective needs.
